First time trying the brunch after many dinner visits.
Started with cocktails and both were really good. The Greenhouse Bloody Mary was lighter and fresher than a typical Bloody, made with an in-house clarified celery juice base that gave it a really bright flavor. We also tried the Rhubarb Sunrise with rhubarb purée and vodka, simple, refreshing, and super easy to drink.
We started with the crab cocktail: chilled crab leg meat over ice with lemon and cocktail sauce. Really fresh and simple in the best way.
The salad ended up being one of our favorite things we ordered. Fresh greens, snap peas, pistachios, feta, mint, dill, and a grilled lemon vinaigrette. Super refreshing and kind of addictive.
The server did a great job with the timing of the food which is always appreciated, so you don't feel rushed.
We split the pork belly benedict and it was excellent, rich smoky pork belly, perfectly poached eggs, and a really solid hollandaise. The potatoes were crispy and nicely seasoned too.
The French toast was ridiculously good. Thick-cut with a crunchy caramelized outside and soft custardy center, topped with strawberry-rhubarb and fresh whipped cream. Sweet but not too heavy because the rhubarb balanced everything out.
By the time 11:00 rolled around the restaurant started to fill up, if you want to come when they open at 10 you could probably get in without a reservation or sit at the bar.
The outdoor patio was also open and looked nice.
Finished with a michelada made with pilsner, vodka, Bloody Mary mix, and a shrimp garnish.
Awesome food and cocktails like always from Oxbow. Definitely coming back for brunch with family and friends. (May 2026)
